Records every activity actually performed: specific training or physical preparation sessions, tests, timed workouts, number of runs, number of splits, actual training time, comments and feedback.
Why record training data?
Recording the data allows the coach to monitor the athletes, check the activity actually carried out by comparing it with the planned activity. The daily registration also allows you to make precise decisions on future programs through the analysis of the Reports.
At the end of the training, when the coach enters the work done, each athlete can write to the coach his sensations, his comments and his perception of the effort through the RPE scale.
