How to plan the season in just a few clicks:
✅ CREATE A NEW PLANNING
- From the menu at the top right click on PLANNING
- Once inside the PLANNING page, click on CREATE NEW PLANNING
- Enter the NAME OF THE PLAN and associate the Athletes and Coaches of your team with the planning TEAM.
- Once you have finished the planning setup, you are ready to start planning your workouts.
PLAN YOUR SPECIFIC WORKOUT IN DETAIL. HOW TO DO?
- Choose the month and day, click on ADD WORKOUTS: here you can enter the TYPE OF PROGRAM (the specific reference sport), theHOURS, the REPEAT of the training in successive days, weeks or months (example: in a single click you can program the activity for every Wednesday of the month, or for four days in a row), the FOCUS you're going to work on (specific training skill) and the LOCATION (so that all staff are informed of the details of the training.
- Once added, the alarm will be automatically saved and shared with yours TEAM!
- IMPORTANT: remember that the information you share with your TEAM is important and belongs to your sporting life (privacy).
