THE PERFORMANCES
Records every activity actually performed: training sessions on the snow or physical preparation, tests, timed workouts, number of laps, number of curves, actual time on the snow, comments and feedback.

Here are the steps we recommend you take to monitor your team on a daily basis:
ATTENTION:the DIARY can, at the moment, only be compiled by the COACH
✅ YOUR DAILY TRAINING IN A FEW CLICKS
Enter theDIARYfrom the bottom menu or directly from the home page by clicking on "START NOW"
Now you will have to choose the
TYPE OF PROGRAM(the specific reference sport)
FOCUSspecific to the training session
CREATE TRAINING / RACE
Enter location, time, place, weather, type of snowpack
Enter the Activity performed (type of exercises)
Save workout
Once the workout has been saved, the Coach will be able to enter the data of the exercises: number of trials, number of laps, changes of direction, type of track.
The Athlete will confirmthrough a notificationONES feedback(confirm presence, fill in RPE scale, enter training comment - optional)
IMPORTANT: remember that the information you share with your TEAM is important and belongs to your sporting life (privacy).
