THE PERFORMANCES
Record every activity actually performed: physical preparation sessions, tests, timed workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, work focus and objectives, comments and feedback.

Here are the steps we recommend you take to monitor your team on a daily basis:

- Enter the DIARY
from the bottom menu or directly from the home page by clicking on "START NOW"
- Now you will have to choose the
- TYPE OF PROGRAM (the specific reference sport)
- FOCUS specific to the training session
- CREATE TRAINING / RACE
- Enter location, time, place, weather
- Enter the activity performed (type of exercises)
- Save workout
- Once the workout has been saved, the Coach will be able to enter the data of the exercises: distance travelled, training time, number of series, number of repetitions, kilograms, recovery times, heart rate, altitude difference and average speed and maxim of the athlete.
- The Athlete will confirm
through a notification ONES feedback
(confirm presence, fill in RPE scale, enter training comment - optional)
- To keep up with the moment we are living we have added the "TRAINING AT HOME" FUNCTION: the Coach will then have to choose whether the training to do is "from home":
- In case the workout is "from home"
